Ordering instructions
Meals are prepped bi-weekly. All meal-prep orders placed by 5:00pm on Friday will be ready for pick-up on Sunday between 4:00pm-7:00pm. You will receive a text on Sunday with pickup instructions. Any orders received after 5:00pm on Friday, will NOT be accepted.

We provide lots of customization with a variety of choices. You pick your protein, veggies and carbs! The choice is all yours!

Meal Planning
We want to make sure that we provide you the best meal plan to fit your dietary needs and restrictions. We will set up a call with you to find out what you need and either set you up with a weekly meal plan or a monthly meal plan. These plans include a grocery list as well as budget sheet to help you stay on track!
